Repacement Policy
- Reporting Damage: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to us within *48 hours* of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the internal process to confirm eligibility and prepare a replacement takes *10 days*.
- Replacement Delivery: If approved, the replaced product will be delivered within *10 to 15 business days*.
- Availability: Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund or an alternative item.
